Lost some family heirlooms, damaged others - after 2 days of emails and calls sent me a link to fill out a claim form without even trying to find my missing stuff.
Movers who unloaded failed to put together a rack that had been disassembled by movers on loading end - which had parts wrapped up and taped under another piece of furniture.
For the exorbitant price I paid, I’m not happy.

I purchased a recliner from QVC and it was scheduled to be delivered on October 12. Today, September 30, a delivery man called to say he would be here before 5pm. YIKES! We're not ready. He arrived at 3pm. So good. Nice. Efficient. Thank you so much, LUIS!! You're a gem!!
