I think I paid prorated at least one more day, they charged me from the day I sign papers instead of the Thursday i usually starting occupying the unit, regardless, and according to the Thomas location staff member, it was a discrepancy on the initial information given by call center on total price for unit, because for over 24 hrs I cannot reach office and when I show up it was a notice sign on the door that it was a staff meting all morning and part of the afternoon until 3:30 pm I show up 2nd time at 3:45pm the manager told me cannot gave me the price they gave me at my original reservation with call center A DAY BEFORE! Please review my account and if applied a refund, or credit on my account, please do so. The other thing, we paid movers by the hr, when I arrived the unit cannot be open I have to go downstairs to the office and someone there told me -Uppsss Im sorry, we should get it ready for you before this happens, I apologize he take care but I was unexpected and it cost me money. But overall Im thankful I found a safe place to used as a storage. Thank you!

Rented a storage locker a few years ago last time I moved, liked the convenience enough that I'm doing the same thing again now that I'm planning to move again.

Well, minus the office being closed the day that I rented online, with no notice, as it took a day out of my move Heather has been fantastic! Super friendly and the facility is beautiful and well kept!
