Knights Inn Phoenix Airport

This place sucks I would rather sleep in the bus station. My children were bit up by bed bugs, my fiance woke up with a rash on his arm. I didn't sleep due to the roaches crawling all over the walls and the drug dealers knocking on the door all night. There was a very strong smell of drugs coming from the room next to us. For anyone considering staying here don't go to the nearest bus station it has to be better than this place.

Looks nothing like the pictures. They must be outdated by at least ten years. First room I was placed in was riddled with graffiti. Me my fiancé two children were placed right next door to a couple of would be thugs. Surely thus would be taken into consideration by the staff when children were involved. Apparently guest safety not a top priority. Requested a room switch, received a much nicer room. Following day went to an interview across town. Had an issue with my car. Called the front desk explained the issue to the front desk explained I would be needing the room for an additional night. The clerk assured me it was no problem. Several minutes later my fiancé called explaining that they were being asked to leave the room. So I again contacted the front desk clerk in regards to the issue. She explained that the room that I was still occupying and had gotten for an additional night had been reserved by sometime else. So I had to move into a different room. This room was well below normal living standards. The room was infested with roaches and bedbugs. Had individuals knocking on the door all hours of the night inquiring about drugs asking if I was a police officer as they vigorously scratched themselves. In short if you can avoid it. Pay the extra $20 and stay somewhere suitable. Especially if you have children.

Don’t stay in room 129 This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever seen. We had requested a non smoking room. The room reeked of cigarettes and over powering must smell. The ceiling had a 6 food long section and about a foot wide that was soaking wet and falling down. The paint was peeling, bubbling and appeared that it had been recently painted. The smoke detector was hanging by wires and there was no battery backup. I was not about to sleep in this room and especially with my grandchildren. We left and stayed somewhere else.

This place was horrible on all levels. First, you walk in the room stunk, bad! Second everything is from the 80's including the fridge that made tons of noise. The bathrooms were atrocious with cigarette burns on the bathtub. Then the beds, I opened the covers to reveal a stained fitted sheet with more cigarette burns in it. The front desk guy was rude, and his appearance resembled the rooms. The only good thing was I got the opportunity to watch someone get arrested in the parking lot. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!
