We bought two devices from them. They are both in good working condition now. One of the handpiece of the laser had some minor issues but he honored the warranty and repaired it. Good communication, devices delivered on time. Good service. He even included 3 free eye wear with the purchase of the device. Highly recommend.

In early 2019 I reached out to RBL to help me sell my two Coolsculpting machines. They made the process super easy, trackable, and they even found ONE home for both machines and all my CoolSculpting gear!!
