Great company!! I purchased my ergonomic loupes from them last year, great loupes, helped a ton with my posture and neck pain. Expanded field vision though the loupes even with 5x magnification Outstanding customer services. My light cord went out for some reason and they sent me a new one right away with free of charge. Would highly recommend them!

I was switching from 12 years with my q-optics to the ergo loupes. I choose Snap On Optics because they were lighter than the other models I looked at, they have a 45 day trial period with no re-stocking fee, and I live close enough to come in for adjustments as needed. It took 12 weeks to make, I had a prescription put in, and I ordered the corded light. I did go in for 2 adjustments, and it made a difference. I was so glad that I was able to do that in person. Ray was able to make some other adjustments so that I could use my lumident cordless light and their corded light with the same attachment. That was so helpful and much appreciated. I've been using them for almost 4 months, and the comfort in my neck was immediately noticeable. It did take some getting used to since I had used my other loupes for so long, and I do need to clean them more often than my previous loupes. If they feel out of focus for me, I start by cleaning the lenses and that has worked every time. Customer service was great, I would recommend this company.

I've been using loupes from Snap On Optics for 10 years and I love them! The latest Ergonomic loupes are a game changer and help to maintain proper posture while working on patients. The entire team at Snap On Optics are so helpful and friendly both in person and via email. Communication is always quick and issues are resolved immediately. I highly recommend them!!

I have been a very satisfied customer of Snap On Optics since 2015, that's when I switched from orascopic.I have seen how the company has grown with a keen emphasis on developing different types of loupes, lights and also shields.. I appreciate the one-on-one care especially when Dr Ray himself as dentist takes the measurements in the fabrication of the loupes You are never going to get such a personable service from any other company. Great products at a reasonable price!!

Do not stand by their word nor their product. Look for a different light/battery provider.
