Dr Flaherty is a wonderful doctor, and I very much enjoyed working with her to address my illness. However, her staff, and the scheduling department in particular, is dismal. I can't count the number of times errors were made in scheduling my appointments, including making appointments for me without telling me, and the endless wait times, sometimes hours, after arriving on time for existing appointments. In fact, this review is in response to an email I just received regarding an appointment I had with Dr Flaherty, but her staff called me this morning in an attempt to cancel it, and reschedule it with another doctor. The email states "Thank you for your appointment with Amber Flaherty, MD at Arizona Oncology." Um, then why did you guys call this morning to cancel it?

Dr. Flaherty has been a very awesome from the start of my treatment all the way through and continues to be awesome. I would highly recommend Dr. Flaherty to anyone that has cancer. Richard Billbe
