Southwest VA Clinic

Ok I've been to this clinic twice now.  One for lab work and once or PCP visit.  Both times this Clinic was right on time. I waited no more than 5 minutes.  The place looks fairly new and very clean. I went to the Thunderbird clinic for many years, and this place is a huge upgrade from there.  I realize the VA health care system is not great when it comes to some pockets of service, but this Clinic seems to function quite efficiently.

Called because I started experiencing severe migraines that render me unable to get out of bed. They transferred me to a call center even after I said I need to make an urgent appointment because I have a brain injury. Then after waiting on hold for about 15 minutes, the call center lady transferred me back to the clinic where I was on hold for about another 12 minutes. I then hear the phone be picked up and then placed back down. Thanks for the help guys

Outstanding. From Nurse Diane to Dr Ottenson. They're joyful and caring people. Who love what they are doing. It's a wonderful pleasure knowing that your love one is truly being taken care of. God bless them

Edit: bit tired, in pain, and know I am not enrolled but should be eligible. The front desk was extremely helpful in helping me realize I should go to the main VA instead of Northwest VA where I can be both enrolled and seen soon. :) Have a great day, Air Force. Hooyah.
