Guess what. I have been referred AGAIN to this place by my doc. I did not follow up but found terrific treatment right in my Scottsdale neighborhood instead of traveling 25 or so miles to this place.

Me and my son have been going with Dr Rizzo for about 8 yrs. Dr Rizzo is great at what he does. My son was struggling with having to get ear tube surgery yearly until we went to pinnacle. My son hasn't had issues for about 4 years now. I'm hoping to have airlift surgery soon with hopes of bettering my sleep apnea issue since I can not manage sleeping with cpap. Pearl and the front desk have been great with helping me get info when needed and never have scheduling issues. Allergy center next door also are quick and have great customer service ashley gets the allergy shots done quick and painless. Shocked to see a great practice with low ratings. I'll update with airlift procedure results.

This Dr office is like no other, very short wait times and an excellent staff. Pearl at the front desk is so nice to my daughter.

Karen at surgery scheduling was so rude and unprofessional because I had to cancel the surgery.
Before you schedule you better make sure you are aware of what the charges are.
Now I'm looking at a $300 cancellation fee.
