After vitals was taken, then EKG. I was put in a office for the doctor to come read me my results. I was about 12 minutes shy of sitting their for 1 hour, no one never came so I left. Wow! This is how you treat a new patient? Never again, will I come back to this company.

Dr. Srujal Patel.. What can I say. He's great. Very patient with his patients. Nice man. Through and professional without being condescending. And this clinic.. Everyone strives to ease any anxieties (which is extremely appreciated by new patients) that we may have. I would rather not have to be seeing a cardiologist but i couldn't be happier being seen by this group of people.

Horrible! Find a different doctor. Line of old people with heart conditions out the door. Standing in the sun. Waited over an hour to be told you're still going to have to wait. Don't be late or we'll charge you. But show up on time and pay your copay and we'll make you wait so long you have to reschedule. Then tell you that it's your fault and charge you a copay for the next visit.

Customer service has ABSOLUTELY fallen off! It took 10 phone calls, one week and 3 different people to FINALLY get a prescription called into the pharmacy after being ordered by the physician! Considering the nature of the specialty, this is potentially life threatening and unconscionable! Dr. Bhattacharya is a good physician, but it means nothing if you can't rely upon his staff. Sadly, we will be looking for a different office and hope their service is better. Note the 2 stars being given because it really is a good practice and once had very good service.
