I have been going to this facility for about 4 years now and my daughter is 5 yrs old denise and the staff have been amazing since the very first day i started going there .

I like this clinic. Dr. Santoyo is very nice, professional and accurate doctor and the counter staff is very friendly.

Yeah.. so this place needs to reevaluate their way of treating their patients & concerns. For one I do not mind wearing a mask that's not an issue. The issue is when I walk into the assigned room and the table is filthy. I let them know that it's filthy and they completely write me off (ignored me and had an attitude about it, the doctor). I had my babies plural on the table doing tummy time so that they could calm down because they were in a place that they don't know so they got antsy. I look at the table as they're doing their tummy time and it is filthy even with that wrapper on it. It's like they were trying to disguise the fact that they do not clean the room. So i have to wear a mask because they're very much aware of how filthy the facility is but, what about my babies? I go to the doctor for check-ups not for them to get sick from going to the doctor. Anyway i didn't like the nurses actions nor did i like the doctors. I don't understand why the female doctor is so rude but, i refuse to come back to this location unless there are no other locations ever again. The receptionist was fine.
