Showed up to our scheduled appointment at the time told and Noone was at the front desk. Sat there for 15-20 minutes no one greeted us. One nurse came out from the back and didn’t acknowledge us at all. Also we could hear the nurse in the room talking to the other mother. She just kept repeating to her that with out this shot if her child got sick she could die, she could die over and over. Very unprofessional. Will not be bringing my child here. We left. THERE WAS NOONE FREAKING THERE!!!

I do NOT recommend going here to get your child their synagis shots. PLEASE find a way to go somewhere else. The first time my boyfriend and I brought our son here, the worker administering his shots told us that we could leave right after she gave him the shots. It turns out they are required to have you wait TWENTY minutes before you can leave so that they are sure your child does not have a reaction to the shots. We did not find this out until our second visit. Also, the way they check your child's blood pressure is extremely unnecessary. When checking my son's blood pressure, the machine squeezed his legs so tight, not only were his legs bright red for five minutes, there were also marks left on his legs because his blood vessels were broken. They are still on his legs and it has been four days since we were there. Both times when my son received his shots, the two women who administered the shots stuck them in his leg very slow. Anyone would think maybe the women were afraid or inexperienced. This is not the case because they explained to us that they have been working there for years. How sick is it to give a five month old infant his shots so slow? The second woman even smiled while doing it and again as he continued screaming. On top of that, the workers here don't have the decency to clean their instruments before using them on your child. Even if the instruments are dropped on the floor (like one was while we were there) they won't even wipe them with a disinfectant wipe. I wish I could say none of this was true but there are some truly sick people out there. Please please PLEASE find another place to go.
