Today was my first contact with a lady named Kelly at the Prescott location. She comes across as a caring and knowledgeable person.

I would give zero stars I could. I contacted them when a family member was in crisis starting in January. the caseworker, Ashley Carey contacted me couple times in February telling me that the company had just merged with another company so they havent received my family memebers paperwork from the other company yet . I explain to her that this was for a new patient, and had nothing to do with the other company that they merged with But she just kept telling me the same thing. She told me multiple times that she would visit the family member at school or work and request his records from the temporary place he had gone to. But that never happened. She never even sent a consent to release his records. she called in March or april to ask me how he was doing at the place they recommended. I explain to her that she never recommended anyone to us and we havent been seen or been evaluated by anyone. I also asked if she ever visited the family memeber like she said she would. She said she would contact that company and have them reach out to us, and she ignored the question about her meeting the family member. No one ever contacted us. Correction I did get a call in late may from a company who had zero information about what services we needed or what was going on. They just said that they were told we needed services and that was it. In June she contacted me again because the family member would be turning 18 and wanted to know if we wanted to continue their services I asked her what services they have provided so far but she skipped over that question. When I tried to air my grievances she just told me that she will discharge them from spectrum and to spectrum if we would like their services in the future. If I had to grade Ashley Careys performance I wouldnt, I would fire her on the spot. This place was zero help and didnt even care it was business as usual for them. Dont waste your time or money
