Stephen was so incredibly honest and you can tell has so much integrity and eager to help and assist. One of the lines in My yard was leaking and he was so patient to talk me through locating and shutting off the the valve to the lines and not the house. Our irrigation vacuum breaker suddenly Began leaking due to old age. I called this company and spoke to the owner - Stephen, he was extremely helpful before even arriving to our house by having me describe/send pictures of the issue and we came to a solution to just close off the entire valve due to us not even using it so made no sense to replace it. He then came out to our house the same day and the issue was resolved an hour later. He also gave a lot of good advice on other things he can help with and we spoke in detail about future landscaping to do on our yard. Ive gotten his card and definitely plan to use him in the future. Steve helped me work through my issues with my sprinkler system over the phone very calmly and friendly. He stayed on the phone, making sure I was comfortable with all that he was saying. Had an issue with my backyard irrigation and gave them a call. I spoke to a gentleman named Steven and we chatted about the problem. Steven patiently went through the issue with me and identified what the problem was. He advised me on what to do instead of having to pay them to come out.
