Landscape 20/20 LLC

The design concept and process were great. John listened to what I was asking for and made several tweaks to the design that I requested before the design was finalized. The construction and post-construction process was a bit bumpy. The quality of work was good. Communication about the duration of work and overall progress was almost non-existent. Trying to get the punch list items finished was a slow process (about 2 months from the time the project "finished"). I'm happy with the way my yard turned out but the lack of communication was why I only gave three stars.

They do not stand behind their work. We have issues with project after completion. Promises to replace dead plants and watering control not working issues. Sales representative will not respond to our calls or text messages. Very poor service. Don't believe what they tell you because it does not mean anything.

Sean and Landscape 20/20 were very responsive when we contacted them to do a remodel of our front yard landscaping. We loved the design and the crew was very efficient in completing the installation.

We just had our backyard done by Landscape 20/20. They did a great job with the turf, rocks, border, and plants. I would use them again without hesitation!!
