Fixit-Quik Jewelry Repair

Took in a watch for a new battery, I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. When I came back they were very rude and told me my watch had broken. One of the numbers had come off of the face. They were yelling at me in the middle of the mall "kiosk" when I never even argued as to the damage done to my watch. Horrible service. Still had to paid them so they would release my watch.

I love this location. My 3 year old broke his teachers necklace so I brought it to get fix. The quality of work is excellent and it was done in 10 mins😀😀

The dude broke my watch when I asked only for a battery replacement. Maybe the place itself is not bad, but the guy who 'fixed' my watch overdid it.

Went in with a watch that needed a battery replacement. I had gone to another shop in tempe to get the battery replaced and they were unable to do it they stated the back of the watch was stuck. no to mention they scratched the back of my watch. within 2 seconds Charles was able to get the back off the watch and change the battery. Im so glad I stopped at this shop and recommend it! will definitely be back.
