I took a gold chain in to be fixed and cleaned. Got it wore it and the next day it broke. I took it back and explained it had to be fixed again and they gave me a different chain that was silver not gold and when I asked what he thought he was doing he told me thats your chain maam, in fact it was not, and he argueed with me and kept saying prove it. It was obvious he had done this before as he had all the answers to my questions about where is my chain.. He didn't even say well let me go look for it and Im sure it was just an oversite or something like that, he knew that was not my chain. The most I can do is take him to court which I am doing.I felt so devistated and was in shock actually that this was happening, and that this business owner was doing this. How could he possibly think he could get away with this?
