        Although my favorite branch is temporarily closed, staff took my call and answered all my questions just like they would have if in person. The young lady who took my call was friendly and explained my options. I still felt very supported by my local branch. Thank you and be safe

        This office is closed. That's no way to run a railroad (bank) Disappointed . Was there to pay off loan. No help there,????

        This might be the only place that's actually worse than Bank of America. Try to deposit money into a friend's account and they didn't want to help. They wanted me to go somewhere else to come back before they'd help.
