        Awful! Scheduled a 8am-Noon window for service. Gave permission for them to get a key from the office to enter, verified twice that this was noted. Driver claims to have shown up, security video tells a different tale (no knock, no visit)! We rearranged entire apartment for their visit and stayed away from apartment because it’s carpet cleaning (duh). Front office of apartment was well aware we notified them of appointment. Driver apparently lied, so now Ashley Restoration isn’t allowed to visit us due to catastrophic breach of schedule and agreement! You lost a big tip as well as a possible positive review! You want our business? Contact us, we have very strict conditions on this now (that driver can F off for a start)!
