The furnace went out and I called Sams Commercial Air Conditioning & Heating Corp. They came out in 45 minutes! This was a TOTAL blessing as it is FREEZING in this house during the winter. It doesn't seem normal or simple luck that you call and get someone to come out in 45 minutes. I went to the bank to get cash and he was here before I had made it back, lol. Thank you! I will definitely recommend them.

Richard was friendly and taught me a lot about how the furnace worked and the maintenance I should do in the coming years. They were quick to come out the same day, intelligent and very personable. He truly is my Christmas miracle, getting my furnace back in action! Very kind, good service. I definitely recommend Sams Commercial Air Conditioning & Heating Corp!

Sams Commercial Air Conditioning & Heating technicians came over to check my old furnace. They were very professional and fast. They found the problem to be a clog that was collected at the filter of the furnace. They did maintenance check to all the other parts of the furnace & cleaned the furnace. They did an excellent job. I will recommend them to my friends.

These guys are the real deal! They were extremely professional and provided very fast service. Next day as a matter of fact. My air conditioner, which is about thirty years old did not turn on yesterday. I called Sams Commercial Air Conditioning & Heating and they came out today. The technician/owner took a look at it. He metered everything and it all looked good. He ask me to turn it on, and it was working. He did not try to sell me a new system even though I do need one. I told him that I knew it was old and needed replaced. He did agree with me, but did not try to strong arm me into a new one right away. Everybody talks about integrity, but Sams Commercial Air Conditioning & Heating actually has it. I will be using them for every future HVAC issue I have from now on.
