I had sunstate come out from a home warranty repair. They were able to come out right away and get our AC repaired. My family is grateful for their speedy service!

I typically don't like to write negative reviews but this one just bothered me so much that I had to say something. Used these guys through my home warranty policy and everything they did at my house was excellent. Called them two days later to do work on my place of employment, they came out in a timely fashion got us a temporary solution and promised to return the following day to complete the job. After many text messages and phone calls attempts from me they never had the decency to return my calls or messages or even say that they were too busy or not interested in doing business. I manage a retirement community and the particular job they left pending was for an 80 year old couple who desperately needed their AC repaired. It's sad because I was looking forward to stablishing a long term business relationship. But the ethical part of their business is missing significantly. Service: HVAC repair
