Becky is amaaazing ! She called me first thing Monday morning and said she could have a repairman out within an hour ! I was dealing with Parker and Sons, and felt like I was getting the runaround and quoted too high. The guy told me it would take 3-4 WEEKS to get the part I needed ! Living in Arizona, no one has time for that nonsense, so I ate the $300 I blew with Parker and Sons, and decided to go with United. Randy T. was absolutely amazing ! He didn't try to get me to pay for anything I didn't need, he was straightforward, and his customer service skills are great ! I ended up getting a whole brand new unit, and now my pups and I are totally cooled off :) I recommend United, and I will be a forever customer !

Becky was wonderful in the office, was able to get us in right away. My husband was home when the tech came out and said he was extremely professional. Fixed the problem very quickly and went above and beyond for service.

With a new home, I have had this company out to fix the same issue twice and it's still not fully fixed. I called to speak to the office about another issue and all they could do was put it off on Extrordin-Air (which is the company that they bought their phone number from and customers from). I'm so glad that my warranty doesn't keep me going to this company and I will be taking my business elsewhere and will be letting the awesome company that built my home (Wilson Parker Homes) and everyone in my neighborhood know that they shouldn't use this company. Horrible customer service!

I had winter checkup done this past week and the tech was Johnny Zolnarchik. He has been servicing my Az/heating unit for over 20 years and I could not be more satisfied to the point that when I need service I request John and no one else. I trust him and feel he is a very knowledgeable tech as well as being very personable and pleasant Irene Copas
