      image Stay at WS-DVT about once a month for a week at a time. Work at DVT airport for a flight medicine service but Im home based on the East Coast.
      Pros: Weekly rate reasonable compared to nightly rates at surrounding hotels. Walkable and Safe to: Walmart, Frys, several chain sit down and pick up restaurants, 1 decent coffee shop (Elevate Coffee), 2 Valley Metro Bus Lines, and DVT Airport. Good car availability for ride share to PHX for red eye flights to East Coast. Jack, manager, and Andrea, new front desk, excellent service representatives. In building
      laundromat and gym well maintained.
      Cons: No rail access to PHX. Walk to DVT and Frys too far with large shops or checked size bags. In room kitchenette only Microwave and Hot plate. No oven. No utensils cook ware. No in room coffee.
      Comments on other comments: Human digital behavior is to review when expectations not met but not review when they are. This is an extended stay weekly rental not a business traveller nightly rental place. I think its great for what it is.
