Price was not worth the stay. Uncomfortable mattresses. Poor management of the place. Wouldn’t listen to our feedback. Will not book again.

This place is a true gem in East central Phoenix. Just 10 min from the arrivals curb at any terminal at Sky Harbor Airport it a complete no brain-er for a layover. Trust me though; you'll wish your stay was longer. If you do have the time you'll find the fine dining and high end shopping of Old Town Scottsdale and Fashion Square, Mill ave and ASU in Tempe and Midtown Phoenix minuets away.
Inside the reasonably nondescript exterior of sand lays an oasis of gardens, winding pathways, and the lobby fountain. A large swimming pool, deep enough for a dive and a jacuzzi are complimented nearly effortlessly by a professional staff from housekeeping to front lobby, as the management team makes running this desert oasis look easy.
You have two Choices for accommodations here. First, tried and true Quality Inn. This is your standard room, similar to any found across the country. Then there's the Suburban Extended Stay, my personal favorite which comes with a small kitchen complete with stovetop. They are priced differently so call ahead for more info. Oh, almost forgot. They've 4 jacuzzi rooms here I think. I've only actually seen two, but I've heard rumors of others.
This is my favourite hotel in the Phoenix area hands down without spending $300 plus a night. A real class act without the accompanying price. Rooms in my experience have remained in the $100 a night range depending upon the season. Be sure to check the web for deals, or better yet, ask your travel agent.
