I have been calling for three day my son is very sick and I yall still cant pick up the phone I need an emergency appointment. Why does your system say technical difficulties after three days

We've been seeing Dr Schwartz for 5 years. She is an excellent doctor, I truly have no complaints. I never thought the office staff were unkind, rude or anything negative even though I have experienced many of the same "problems" that are reported here. I think if you understand these are just people trying to do their job within the limits of what they are allowed to do and treat them kindly and respectfully, you won't have a problem. If you are demanding and entitled, you probably deserve the service you received.

When I first started out with them everything was great! But once I had to make appointments I noticed they are ALWAYS booked. All they do is recommend you go to the ER or Urgent Care. They will ONLY squeeze you in if its considered urgent to THEM. Also, they automatically cancel your appointment even if you are a minute late. Very disappointed in their service. The lady tried having me come in at 8am and told me its possible Id be seen at that time IF another patient canceled or was a no show. NO GUARANTEE that Id be seen. Ridiculous. I currently just switched providers & Im glad I wont have to deal with them anymore!!

We were 20 minutes late today and they sent us away. I get it that we were late but there was one person in the waiting room. Time to find a new pediatrician. It was upsetting to drive my family downtown only to be turned away.
