Dr. Pansing is awful and her office is a joke. I was referred for a follow-up MRI and nerve study. While only 1 doctor wrote the referral, I had 2 separate doctors agree on this plan. Dr. Pansing refused my nerve study. I was disappointed to say the least and figured I'd address it during my follow-up appointment. Ahead of the follow-up, I received 3 separate reminders and, despite responding to them, they kept coming. Then, only minutes into the appointment, I found out she failed to obtain my imaging (follow-up was today, Jan. 18; my imaging was in Nov.). When I point blank asked to address the nerve study denial, she denied denying me then failed to respond to my explicit inquiry to have it performed as referred by 2 separate doctors. I literally waked out. DON'T GO HERE IF YOU WANT ACTUAL CARE AND TREATMENT.

Dr Silver did an OUTSTANDING job helping me to be as close to back to normal as possible NO more arthritis in EITHER of my knees!!! I'd HIGHLY recommend him!!!

I had an appointment for November and it was canceled without my knowledge, and the office staff explains that the Dr. is out on leave until February and another Dr. is taking over for her (whos also not available until next year) and since I am a new patient to the Dr. filling in for her, I would have to travel hours due to me being a new patient for an evaluation even though I am an established patient. EXTREMELY unprofessional. They could have atleast called or sent an email.

Dr. Pansing is a good doctor but her staff especially Gabriella is a disaster. She is so rude and unprofessional. The whole staff at the neurology department is a nightmare. Also, be aware of their billings, they bill how they want, they refuse to speak to your insurance advisors so immature and unprofessional. They always want to charge me more then my out of pocket cost.
