Does not send scripts to pharmacy. Office demeanor wonderful. But out of sight out of mind. I spent HOURs calling medical office and pharmacy. Pharmacy sent faxes. No response. No communication when Script was closed with pharmacy by the doctor. I was a new patient but was with another Apricus doctor for years before that office was closed.

I have been a Patient at Southwest Internal Medicine for along time. I have always been very pleased with the Professional Facility. The Staff is always polite and professional. Since a unfortunate situation I am still Very Satisfied with the Professional Care that I get from Irma Ruiz. Thanks for all that you do for me!
