I had the pleasure of working with Steve. As a first time home buyer purchasing an older home, there was a lot that came up during the inspection. Steve was extremely thorough and took his time explaining things in detail during the walk through. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. Desert State Inspections even recommended a couple of companies to use for the issues found and they were all great! Easy and quick communication throughout the entire process. Would happily recommend to family and friends!

Desert State has been a pleasure to work with when buying our home.  The inspector wason time, did a detailed home inspection, gave us a report at the end of our inspection!We also used their services when building our home and each time were very pleased withtheir inspections!We will use them again, and have give their name to many of our friends over the years.

Steve completed our inspection and went above and beyond our expectations. He was far more thorough than our previous inspectors we have worked with and saved us from buying a house with substantial structural issues. We look forward to having him on our next inspection. Update: 3/11/22- we had a second inspection with Steve, which was equally as good as the first. Really great experience!
