Recently had a home inspection for my 1 year warranty on my house. Matt came out and did a great inspection found all sorts of things the builder needs to address. Very knowledgable and explained all the major issues so I would be equipped to talk to the builder about the different repairs. Also a great price!

Matt did a great job on our home inspection!  He was able to schedule on short notice and was very thorough during the inspection process.  He took his time with us afterward explaining what he found.  Luckily despite this market we were still able to ask for things from the report to be fixed by the seller.  Overall the house was pretty good and we were able to have that peace of mind before completing the purchase.  Highly recommend Matt and Antoine Inspections!

I had a great experience with Antoine Inspections. Matt was really helpful showing me the issues he identified. Im a first time home buyer and know nothing about this stuff, but his report was easy to understand and he was quick to respond to any follow up questions I had after the inspection. I really appreciated his help, patience, and responsiveness.
