Molds that caused throat irritation were found growing in my house, which was shocking to me. The inspection company told me about this company, and I am glad I was able to contact them.

My house was tested for mold because I could smell some foul smells. They did an excellent job and gave me clear results about the mold. I recommend them highly.

Did not test for mold inside where there was moisture & visible mold & a terrible smell. Tested outside. QUACKS! The kid with his little machine was outside nowhere near where the mold was. I’m getting someone with credibility to do the the job correctly.

MIT reported there was no mold, but we identified significant mold during demo. We reached out to discuss, but have not heard back from this company or inspector, Phoenix - Ken Foster after 4 days. We have called the Phoenix office twice and spoke to live person, plus sent an email early in the day with no response. At this point, we are moving forward with another inspector and remediation company. We no longer have any faith in the inspection process or MIT company.
We found mold in the toilet, lid and holding tank as well as the walls when we initiated demo of the floor. The attached report stated there was not a smell, but there has always been a smell and I specifically informed the inspector the reason why we are getting the inspection was due to the knowledge of a prior flood and a funny smell. I also showed him a piece of tile in the bathroom that was peeling off of the wall, where there has been found to be significant mold once we removed for demolition of the floor. He did not test or visually inspect this area.
At this point, by having a less than thorough mold inspection, we are now likely delayed in opening our business by weeks, costing us a significant amount of money. I reached out to the main office which stated there would be NO REFUNDS since the work was done, even though it was completely false. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Poor response and poor results. The mold is throughout the walls and cabinets (see pictures).
