I have personally delivered over 500 tons of gravel to these houses. The community is so beautiful and small. Super clean. Delivering here is always an amazing experience. The house owners are always very welcoming

We had a home built by Taylor Morrison in 2020. Covid 19 was not a factor as builders are considered essential and they actually completed the home 6 weeks early. I wish they would have taken the extra six weeks and given us a higher quality home. After having built several customs I would avoid a production build home by this company. It’s clear after the fact that they are more concerned with profit and NOT QUALITY. . For the money we spent we could have build a much higher quality home for less. The sub contractors that they use do not know the meaning of craftsmanship or in other words doing a good job and doing it correctly. The sub contractors have very little supervision by Taylor Morrison and it shows in the final product. They do a great job of putting makeup on a pig but in the end it it’s still a pig. Just my two cents as far as my experience has been.
