How a company acts when things aren't perfect tells more than when they are. I purchased a floor model sectional with mechanical recliners that stopped working shortly after delivery. The service department worked tirelessly to correct the issue and communicated well during the entire process. I was very pleased with the service I received and commend the company for the great work they did.

Horrible and worst experience ever purchasing furniture. The salesman lied blatantly to my face. When the sofa I purchased broke upon delivery, the company refused to fix it. $900 down the drain. I would not waste my time here if I were you
