        I needed a smaller height box spring for my bed to make it lower the floor. I called yesterday and spoke with a guy who I think was the owner or manager. He agreed to call me back but did not. I called again today (Saturday July 10, 2021 and spoke with a young lady and told her what I wanted. Again, she said that her boss would have to call me back. It's now been over eight house since I called and have now called twice. It's obvious that this company isn't interested in my business as their customer service is so poor. I would NOT recommend them as they do not follow through and make false statements. I will look around for another mattress store.
