I had my floors installed from Arizona Direct and have had nothing but trouble. The first summer they separated and no one would respond to my calls.after about 3 months I finally got someone to answer the phone. They set several appointments and stood me up several times. When they finally sent someone they tried gluing, grouting, and pushing them together to no avail. I called the owner several times and he made all kinds of promises. My $9000.00 + flooring is still a mess.

This started out so good, but they dropped the ball. Manager Jim Pollack was great. Super nice, really informed, and found the perfect carpet for us. The problem is with installation. They didn’t finish the job on the first day and now, to weeks later, we still don’t have our last closet done. Installation manager Gabriel is a terrible communicator. He doesn’t return calls and no-showed to finish the job two days in a row. Absolutely ruined what had been a good experience.

Where do I even start? We had waterproof vinyl flooring installed over a year ago in our home, and needless to say there has been complications with our sunken living room. Very shortly after the floors were installed there was cracking in the trim pieces around the sunken floor AND several pieces just slide right off if you touched them. They were not installed correctly it seems. I called the store MULTIPLE times and spoke with a manager, an associate at the store on T-Bird & Scottsdale, the install manager, and finally the owner Scott Moore (who was the least helpful of them all). The install manager came over to our home around early September / late August to look at the trim and tell us what was wrong. He called me back and told me it was not installed correctly and the piece they used was not correct either. He assured me he was going to order the piece and fix the work they had done. Several weeks go by and no response. I have to attempt to track him down after calling the store multiple times and they finally tell me the install manager no longer works there. Great, now I have to go through this again. With that, I finally get a hold of the owner Scott Moore through phone call and text. He asks me to send him pictures that evening (September 5th), which of course I do. I then have to call him on multiple occasions to find out if he got the text and almost every time I have to repeat why I am calling and he promises he will get the part and fix the issue. I have to reach out again on October 15th, because he does not order the part or call me back. He did; however, say he remembered our conversation, but apparently just ignored me and does not care about fixing his poor work. Not only do I send him pictures again of the floor, but I sent him the text messages I sent him. If that weren't bad enough, I have to reach out again on October 17th, November 9th, and December 12th to verify that he got my pictures and will be ordering the parts to come fix his sub-par work. My last attempt was to call him again on December 12th (as noted above) and he acknowledges he hasn't done what he said, but told me he was out of town but would get back to me next week for sure. Guess what? He never reached back out and never fixed his poor install work. So, I am left with no other choice but leave a very honest review of his customer service and install work. Although we like the flooring section that is installed correctly, we are BEYOND upset about the customer service and empty promises to fix their poor work. If there was a review for the owner himself, it would be zero stars for empty promises and a serious lack of communication / follow up. With that said, I would not recommend that you have them install anything, and I mean anything. I suppose you could buy the products they sell, but I would not recommend you have them install one square inch. What a shame! I have never seen such poor communication and service in all of my life. The owner clearly does not stand behind his work, so buyer beware! P.S. I have all of my text communications saved from the owner showing him how many times I have reached out and sent him the pictures like he requested and still could not get anything fixed. I also have pictures of their quality install work.

I agree with reviewer Frank Pyles. Jim Pollock took the time to show me my options and choose the flooring I wanted but installation was not timely or accurate and Jim offered absolutely no sense of urgency. I got the impression that he got the sale, why should he care anymore? I set a date for installation that was 5 weeks into the future. I had asked to be informed when the baseboards arrived so I could paint them before installation. That happened the day BEFORE the install which was not convenient for me at all. On installation day, there was much that was not communicated. Jim had excuses for everything. Jim had not ordered enough material and the job was not finished FOR ANOTHER 8 WEEKS, during which time NO ONE called. I had to do all the work including visiting the store multiple times to demand the work be done in time for my visiting guests (it wasn't). On the day they finally arrived to complete the job, it was discovered that the materials used were the wrong color. What started out promising, ended with me not able to recommend this store for flooring purchases. I will go elsewhere for the rest of my flooring needs.
