The product was good quality. The lady at the front desk was rude. If it wasn't for Juan who worked very hard to help us and took the time to explain and understand our situation, we would have taken our business elsewhere. Delivery of the pavers was great and again product was great. Needs better customer service at the desk.

The best showroom in Phoenix- and they have tile no one else seems to carry. After looking at all the big tile shops in valley, everything looks the same but here they have a selection of out of the ordinary styles. Customer service is very good with friendly and knowledgeable staff available to answer questions.

Stuck in 1999. Outdated website and product selection. Their website shows a large selection of Marble, including a slab that was exactly what I wanted. drove there only to be told they don't carry marble slabs and don't recommend it because it is delicate. They only have porcelain and granite.

I love this shop! Each time I am impressed with their selection of products, great prices, and friendly customer service. Mexi-tile has supplied tile for me for two bathroom remodels and a paver patio. I highly recommend them!
