I found myself in the most impossible, stressful situation and needed help badly and fast. Contacted Bryan Swallow and from the first minute we spoke- I knew I was in good hands. I didn't realize how good until my project took many different  turns (because it was an out of the ordinary voc situation. I guess all of those are out of the ordinary but this one- for the books)!Bryan always, always answers his phone and is polite, courteous and beyond helpful. Nothing is too big of an ask. He is a wealth of information for anything disaster related. Plus, if he doesn't do it- he has a roledex of equally fantastic contacts that can. Trustworthy, prompt and careful. Detail oriented! He was the only one that said he could and would help me - and he did. Above and beyond. Highly recommend. And he is a very nice person. Thank you.

Really a superb organization that came out to make a bid, then delivered as promised on the bid, and was also very timely in remediating my condo's mold problems. AZ Environmental is really a top notch firm.

Got 5 estimates on my property from different licensed contractors. These guys where 6x more expensive than any other estimate! How is that even possible!!! I would make sure to shop around before making a choice.

Hired AZ EC, Inc to remove old popcorn ceiling that tested positive for COVID. Just kidding, it tested positive for asbestos! Bryan was great to work with and his crew did a great job. The job was harder than expected and the team put in the work needed and the quote never changed. We got what we wanted - no more popcorn ceiling and a clearance test saying we had no more asbestos.

I had water damage and asbestos in my walls. Bryan was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions regarding the process. They got in and completed the abatement quickly and did an awesome job. I would definitely recommend their services!
