A medical practice sent me a bill for services that were not provided by them since I was actually in the hospital. The bill was turned over to the VA for a resolution. Before this could happen, HCI took over the bill and without notifying me by either mail or phone, reported the payment to the collection agency. This matter was dropped without payment but it has not been removed from my record.

I never received a bill from the alleged "healthcare" provider, nor did medicare. This company works with clients that are as unscroupulous as they are. Tell them to sue you and see how fast they back out as they have no evidense that will stand up in court.

Got a lawyer to remove a debt they keep ignoring, so they falsified my signature on a document asking to circumvent the lawyer. That is a first.

Most rude and unprofessional customer service reps...no people skills what so ever. They need to go back to training to learn how to treat people with respect especially since it is supposed to be part of your core values! Robin does not even deserve one star...learn some professionalism!!!!
