I was seen right away and the staff was very friendly and attentive. My dog had to spend the night and they sent me a picture to keep me updated. I was very impressed with the care and professionalism of staff members.

We had a very good experience with the service and professionalism. They had to remove a piece of plastic from a toy that was lodged in a back tooth/gum.

My very loved dog Lily died at this facility.
Shed been attacked by someones loose dog and fought for her life for 4 days before she passed from a blood clot. She was only at this facility for the last 24 hours of her life, as she started at another BluePearl. While Lily was with BluePearl, they offered kindness and compassion to our family. They fought just as hard as Lily did to keep her alive, and cared for her as if she was their own. They were upfront and honest about her condition, and did their best to advise us of the best course of action.
I will always wish I never had to be there, and that my baby was still with us, but the hospital gave the best service possible.

I have never had to take my dog to an emergency pet clinic but when I did I am glad I was able to take my dog we he recently became sick, the 24 hr service is excellent and their staff is incredible. The made me feel safe communicating was amazing and I have never felt so secure under such a crucial moment. Thank you so much for the serve that was provided and I know where to go for my pets needs.

Very well run pet hospital. My fur baby had to see an intern who told me everything I needed to know to base my decision on treatment. The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful and compassionate.
