Absolutely the most amazing emergency clinic we have ever encountered! Very professional and compassionate staff and the open floor concept is hands-down the BEST treatment environment. Don't bother with any other Pet ER, VEG has broken the mold for urgent care for pets.

Dr Underhill and their team were fantastic. We brought in a dead pregnant stray to check if the stray still had any kittens that were alive inside of her, since I thought I felt a heartbeat. They checked and confirmed the cat and her kittens had passed and were extremely empathetic and gave a VERY reasonable fee. I highly recommend them.

We had a scare with our dog while visiting from out of town. The team here did everything to ensure we had a positive experience regardless of all the stress. Our dog is reactive to other dogs and was having a really difficult time since he was scared and not feeling well. They were so patient and accommodating and did not make us feel ashamed for his escalation. Not only were they kind to our baby, but they checked in on us multiple times since I was visibly overwhelmed and upset. They guided us in the best direction for treatment and Toby is feeling much better today. Emergency visit was $190 + the cost of treatment plan. Thank you so much for your help, patience, and support

My sincere thank you to the staff of VEG in Chandler Az. I recently had to take my senior pit bull in and ultimately had to say good bye. The staff here is absolutely amazing. Zero wait time, some of the most compassionate techs and vets Ive come across. No fluff about his condition, no recommendations for tests that would have cost me a fortune when we all knew what the outcome was. I literally felt like I was amongst friends during this difficult time. I recommend this place to anyone in need without question. While my heart is broken loosing Azul, I appreciate the kindness from the entire staff.

No pet owner wants to make a visit to the ER. Emergencies are high stress situations with strong, overwhelming emotions combined with complex medical issues. VEG surpassed all my expectations in the best possible way. The team at the Chandler location goes above and beyond for each and every patient. Their care, knowledge, compassion and empathy is astounding. Our cat Boo, is my 6 year old daughters soul mate of a pet. He was severely impacted (long story short, he had a $$$ poo) and they treated him as if he were one of their own. When I had to leave and pick up my daughter, she was also made to feel like an important part of the process and we both appreciated it. Unfortunately, there was a cardiac code while we were there, and another family ended up losing their pet. During the code, a staff member helped me shuffle my daughter to a closed room without a word, just a simple look and we both were on the same page. Their intuition and determination to make each patient and family feel cared is above and beyond anything I would have expect. The facility is clean, organized, and well run. All of this takes a team, and the team at VEG is doing an AMAZING job. Thank you all!
