The folks at First Pet were wonderful. The place was clean and everyone was nice, patient, clear . . . . we had to euhanize our cat, and the staff/dr could not have been more sympathetic and kind.

It's too bad I can't give less than a one-star!! The lady , I believe her name was brook. I'm trying to explain my situation and she became extremely verbally abusive! She deserves a suspension, or to be fired for behaving that way, and talking to a potential customer with a sick animal! She became very rude,and refused to let me speak! Horrible service! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, service! If she's a representative for that vet clinic, don't bother with that vet clinic!! Very abusive and rude in a time of need for my sick animal!! Do NOT let DrToncray touch your pets! I took my Senior Dog in to be Euthanized from Cancer on March 27th and Dr Toncray literally let him choke to death! I was completely helpless and could only try to keep my dog calm! I have not slept very much since and have extreme nightmares about it! Dr Toncray was extremely insensitive towards me and my dog! Do NOT make my mistake! Ask for a different Vet! I wish I had! Also got a completely different urn than I got for my dog that Dr Sanchez (she was amazing) euthanized on January 1st even though I said multiple times that I wanted the exact same thing as my first dog and the price was even higher!

Very caring and patient with pets (and owners!). From the front desk to the techs and vets, they are amazing. They have helped with a transition to the Rainbow Bridge, saved a life, and everything in between. Highly recommend!

The doctor didnt know what he was doing. Told me to give dog Benadryl and her whole body is covered in red bites and hair loss. She is still not better. He was only focused on charges. Dont recommend for emergency vet care.
