So I have had a horrible experience with FRSTeam butlers. They went to my boyfriend's home in 2017 that had been flooded. We had been in contact with another restoration company. FRSTeam butlers came in without our knowledge, took every piece of clothing and textiles (including a few shower curtains) 90% of which were not even in contact with the soggy carpet. Things that were on shelves and in drawers off of floor. They took everything even new things amazon had delivered that were on the kitchen counters. They "cleaned" everything without asking what we wanted or needed to be cleaned. We didn't even know who the company was who took our stuff or where it was til weeks later when we contacted our restoration contractor. Then we tried to get a hold of them for months only to be delayed and told we would owe them over 10k. When we asked to see our things we were told it's "too late" and we either paid or we would be sued. A year later we still could not reach a resolution with this company. They were charging us 25$ to clean a baseball glove that was on the top shelf of a closet in an uninfected room. This company scams people, scams insurance companies, to top it all off we still don't have our things and are now fighting a now 25k law suit with this company for literally probably was only 1k in drycleaning at the most.
