GREENWAY TANTRA DRUGSTORE

This was the best pharmacy I could find anywhere, insanely fast service and unbeatable prices. Really upset to learn that they've closed their doors, it appears their phone number now forwards to walgreens. The letter they sent me claimed my prescriptions have been transferred to walgreens, which I'd rather not use because they cost four times as much and take at least ten times as long; but it turns out that since my remaining refill was for a controlled substance, so it couldn't be transferred from one pharmacy to another anyway. Now I have to go back to my Dr. clear on the other side of town to have the prescription re-issued. Luckily I have a great relationship with said doctor, or I'd likely face scrutiny and suspicion as if I were trying to get an extra controlled substance fill. Walgreens told me the doc could call them for confirmation of the situation, but based on many past experiences I don't trust walgreens to do anything right. Greenway Tantra should have contacted me before deciding to transfer my records to Walgreens, I certainly would not have consented to that.

Can’t say enough about the personal service for my husband & myself. Unfortunately, our Insurance prohibits us from using this a Pharmacy right now, but if things change we will definitely use it again at the first opportunity!!!

I used an app called Blink for the first time and was pleased to find out Greenway was affiliated with the app and there was a discount on my medication (I do not have insurance). I just moved to the area and live only a mile away so was looking forward to supporting local business and stop getting my prescriptions at Costco. However after a pleasant experience the first time picking up two medications (one considered a controlled) I had an allergic reaction to one and ended up in urgent care. This was not the pharmacy’s fault. However when I was notified to call the pharmacy and fill my controlled prescription today the pharmacist said he’d rather transfer it but would fill it this time for me. When I went in to pick my script up I brought in other bottles so I could start filling all my scripts close to home. The pharmacist was RUDE while I kept a smile through the whole experience. ...I never write online reviews but think it is necessary for people to know THE PHARMACY/PHARMACIST DOES NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS. NO ONE in need of prescribed medication should be treated as I was. I never complain and usually let things go as someone having a bad day...BUT THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL ADVISE ANYONE IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD I SPEAK WITH TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
