This has to be the worst dental insurance we have ever seen in our years treating patients. I would stay as far as possible as you can away from this company, who refuses to pay for services rendered on patients who have this insurance. Which will then leave the customer having a bill for items that they thought were covered by the insurance. This company are absolutely crooks and when asked to speak with the Doctor who denied the claim, he was very rude and hung up the phone on us. Customer service is horrible and will keep giving you the run around hoping that you do not follow up, our office like so many have dropped this insurance and now the customers are having to drive to very distant places because so many Doctors have had the same issue and are dropping the plan. If you are a Doctor or a company or person looking to get dental insurance, I would advise you to stay far away.
