        If I could give them zero stars I would. Received a phone call today telling me it was time to renew. I said I was not interested. When he asked why I stated because the dentist I signed up for no longer takes their plan. He said sarcastically "yes they do" and before I could explain that I received a letter, email AND was told in person on my last visit to this dentist that they WOULD NOT be accepting this insurance any longer. This is not the first time I have had an issue with them but it will be the last.
