HUGHLY DISAPPOINTED

Contacted credit union today spoke with GENISIS to let bank know about our JOINT account, she repeatedly did not want to acknowledge that our accounts were set up as JOINT…after No resolve to the initial call issue, I communicated my displeasure of how her “lack of respect” to our needs and not to mention the 20+ years we have been with Copper State as well as my parents having their accounts with Copper State, waswas hung up on by GENISIS, called back to talk to her supervisor, was told he was not available. If no resolve is done to acknowledge our concerns, then we will have no other option but to take our (combined) 4 accounts and do our banking elsewhere.

In the last 3 months I have financed 2 cars with this credit union. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and polite. Cayrene especially stood out. She communicated very quickly with me and understood that we were under time constraints and made everything happen in a rush. She was so patient, professional, wonderful to work with and is such an asset to your team!

Deer Valley Credit Union got swallowed up by this Credit Union about 30 days and I have had to have 2 cards cancelled due to this business giving away $1000 without contacting me to authorize the transaction. Yet when I contacted them I had to jump threw so many hoops just to get the answer "you need to contact your financial institution in the morning" but my $1000 is still gone and frozen. This Credit Union is not a very secure financial institution. Sad to see the huge decline in quality of service and trust. We will ha e to shop around for a new source for our banking.

One of the worst Banks for a auto loan. The representative I spoke with yesterday to make a payment over the phone, I had to repeat my payment account number several times back to him because he couldn’t process numbers. Also the new mobile application is useless, it lacks a basic payment feature. It seems the recent name change to Copper State Credit Union also included a failure to develop a functional mobile application and a below average service desk.
