The staff was a bunch of hens complaining about everything I had to leave I couldnt stand the clucking between the staff of all white women complaining about UPS and that no one speaks English they can understand when addressing pick up issues. The staff needs training on cultures and who can be listening

I visited this location today (3/25/22) with an appointment for an eye exam and to get a couple new pairs of glasses and, besides the wait, I couldnt be happier with the experience. All of the associates were very nice. the front desk people were very busy but were able to get me checked in promptly. The doctor was friendly, attentive and straightforward. She explained everything that needed to be explained and got me in and out but didnt rush. They have a decent frame selection and nothing is outrageously priced, especially with the deal they had going on today. David went above and beyond to help me get a third pair, this one being sunglasses, while keeping me in my budget. Overall, Id recommend this location; just keep in mind it can get pretty busy when theyre having deals.
