Walmart Vision & Glasses

The visit was fine, the rep didn't seem like he knew what he was doing when ordering the glasses but he could have been new so I didn't fully blame him. The frustrating part is that they said the glasses would be in in 7-10 days and it has been 16 days and we haven't heard anything, so I called them and they said one of the pairs is in but the other is not yet... They say they called but we never received any call or voicemail. Not sure what is taking so long but they provided no explanation or apology!

They have a terrible way of serving people, both the manager and the girl with a hat who works there, they are people who do not know how to treat people. For my part, I do not recommend it. I give them a 0.

I love the vision center staff they are friendly and patient with you. Rachel help me pick out my glasses that I love and the Dr their was very nice. I wouldn't go any where else.

Dont go to this vision center. Apparently they cancel your appointments and forget to tell the customer until they check in.
