Extremely nice women named Laurel runs the convenient store and is great for conversation and advice on the local area. Would recommend coming in for all your needs, even lottery tickets that actually pay!

Fast and courteous service. I had a broken iPad screen and it was repaired within 24 hours. The work was quality and very affordable. As a bonus, I had an electronic issue with my e-scooter and the tech was able to fix it as well and get me up and running the same day. Hopefully I don't have any more of my electronics break soon, but if they do, MAC i AM would be my first stop. I highly recommend.

Brought our ancient Macbook Pro 2011 to "Sierra" at Mac iAM downtown. It would not boot up. We tried several fixes we looked up to no avail.  Sierra had it up and going in 20 minutes approximately. BEST customer service you could ever ask for!  Bring all your Mac products here - you'll be glad you did.  She is super speedy fast, experienced, intelligent and even explains it to you in language you can understand what the issue was.  There is parking on the street with city meters which use coins or credit cards to pay for short term parking.  We parked and walked across the street and were on our way in 30 minutes!  Tiny place downtown, BIG service and truely caring and upbeat.

This place has horrible customer service and was a huge waste of my time! I wanted to bring my Air in for a keyboard repair but every time I stop by the place is closed. I try to call in ahead of time to verify they are open and the phone goes directly to a Verizon message saying the number is unavailable at the moment. The website and yelp say open 9-6, but google says 9-5. I have stopped by on multiple occasions before 5pm and they are closed. On MLK day Google specifically said they were going to be open but they were closed when I showed up and they didn't even bother to let customers know online. The day after MLK day same thing, closed even though I stopped by at 4:30. Today was the last straw however. I tried to come in at 1pm and the place was completely shut down, no hours posted on the door or anything. What a complete disregard for their customers time and effort.
