        Why do I have to wait 18 min for chicken? I chose the drive thru for a reason. I love the chicken here, but it's been hit and miss the last 3 out of 4 times I've come here.

        Friendly drive thru service. Many times we just order large sides of mac and cheese and potatoes with gravy vs running into store deli.
