Sonic Drive-In

So I pulled up to two different stalls waiting 10 minutes each time and didn't get service. If the stalls are out of service please block them off so your customers don't have to pick the correct working stalls. The red button has been activated at each one. My suggestion is if you are busy maybe say hello, it may take a few moments but we will be with you shortly. Something to let your customers know they will actually be able to place an order. Maybe the owners don't care they are losing business?? Any help or answers?

The cashier or manager the one that takes your order , her name is reina, it seems she doesnt like repeat customers and has an attitude , I frequent to this location often and takes her or anyone a while to answer the button on the order machine , the employees are here to create a great experience for the customers I guess they dont here

Service was horrible. I pulled up pressed the button and waited for someone to take our order. A few other cars pulled up and got service right away. We waited a little bit longer and still nothing. (30 minutes total) Don't have so many ordering service stations if you can't handle it or put a notice, just something to let customer know that that station isn't in service. I would've gave zero stars for this location if it was possible.

The staff here is terrible. The food is not prepared well. Or you get home and something is missing! They are always messing around and serving friends and family before serving the actual customers. The wait time is ridiculous. Even when I used the app its like they make the food, say it came out so the screen cleared and I had to push it again to remind them of my order. I have to be sure if I want sonic to go to 48th and Baseline.

THE SERVICE Great courteous service with a smile. THE FOOD Unfortunately, the food was not edible. It was a total waste of money. We got home and found our food dried out so bad, it was hard. The pictures show what the onion rings were like. The onion was like eating a piece of plastic... could not even chew it! Same thing for the dogs.
