Kind staff, just understaffed. Greeter kept me notified of my place in line which was very nice. Once my number came up, issue was solved. Solved while being polite, understanding and with urgency. If someone is looking for a job that is phone tech savvy and had some critical thinking and problem solving skills. Apply. It seems with this visit the staff there knows what to do and will train you, just need more of them.

I don't understand where these 5-star reviews come from. I wanted to upgrade my iPhone and I visited this Verizon location. When I entered, I had to approach an employee on what my reason was, and he said that it would be an 2-3 hour wait IN STORE. He then informed me that I could upgrade my phone online and pick it up there within 15 minutes. If I could do it online in less than 15 minutes and set it up my self, why couldn't I have just paid for the phone there? I ordered the phone online but there was no in store pick up, and that it was shipped to the wrong address. The employees in the store wouldn't help me, and the hold on the phone took forever and the text support was like talking to a brick wall. For all you charge us Verizon, this is the customer support we get? Not to mention that I get better service up in Flagstaff than I do in the Valley. I switched to AT&T, it's cheaper and it had 5G included.

Great knowledgeable staff, helped with everything I needed. Please have patience, technical issues take time to fix, bring a book and stay calm..
